All Items are shipped safely and in a manner that ensures safe arrival. If for any reason this is not the case then please email us and we will work with you. Each case is handled individually.
All initial orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer. As a precaution, that address will be automatically verified in our system for validity. If the address comes back as invalid, we will make further attempts to contact the customer and verify the information.
Please allow us an additional 24 hours from the time your order is processed to provide you with a tracking number. Once you have the tracking number please allow 24 hours for it to enter the USPS system and register online. All orders can be directly tracked within the account that you created upon making the purchase or through the USPS website.
We offer free shipping to all domestic orders over $100. Shipping fees will be automatically deducted during checkout, as soon as the total amount reaches $100.
You are responsible to know the laws of your state; in addition, we do not accept orders from Sarasota, Vermont, Wisconsin, San Diego, Oceanside, Indiana, Alabama, Arkansas, Jersey County Illinois, Union County Mississippi, Rhode Island, District of Columbia, Denver Colorado.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We will accept returns if it is due to damage that is our fault or manufacturer’s defect. We prefer not to accept returns of our product due to the fact that we cannot resell it. Although we will listen to all cases should the need arise, refunds may be possible within 15 days of purchase. If your order has not yet been shipped and you wish to cancel your order then please email us at email@example.com and we will do our utmost to accommodate you. We cannot promise that we can intercept if it’s already been processed.
MISSING & DAMAGED ITEMS
If you are missing an item or the item you’ve received is damaged then please contact us and we will send out a replacement free of any shipping costs to you. If a refund is deemed necessary then we will manually refund your transaction or the appropriate amount for the returned items.
As most issues can be solved very easily, we take chargebacks very seriously and will consider them fraud most of the time. Chargebacks will be taken to the full extent of the law, and will subject the client to being put on the no sell list.
