You can search the internet and find lots of information on Kratom powder, but when it comes to dosage, there seems to be far fewer answers than questions. Today, we will share with you the best advice we can give about how to have the best Kratom experience, especially if you’re a first timer.
Is There Such Thing As Too Much or Too Little Kratom?
The answer to the question above is a resounding yes. However, the specifics will vary from person to person. One of the easiest mistakes someone new can make when starting out with Kratom is having too little. It seems to be common sense to want to dip your toe in, whenever trying something new. There is nothing wrong with starting small. In fact, that’s encouraged. But starting small and micro-dosing are two different things. If you don’t allow yourself enough exposure, you probably won’t get the results you were looking for. On the other hand, too much Kratom can result in a negative experience and you may not be likely to go back and try to adjust things and get it right.
Kratom Dosage Tips
Just like anything, the first thing you want to pay attention to is your size. If you are super petite you are not going to want to mirror the same dosage as your Kratom-loving friend, who could be twice your size! Keep this in mind if you are a first timer, and its best err on the side of caution. It doesn’t hurt to ask a friend what kind of dosage they prefer, but again, you always want to go back to evaluating how your body size stacks up next to whomever you ask. If you don’t feel like you are getting the results you intended, you can always add a little more and work your way up from there. Listen to yourself and what your gut tells you seems right.
If you are an experienced Kratom fan, you may think you already know what kind of Kratom dosage works for you. While that may be correct, there is one big step you could be forgetting. When it comes to Kratom, variety is key! Most people can tell you their favorite Kratom strain. Some love Green Malay, while others are loyal to White Maeng Da or Red Bali. This list can go on and on. But having a preferred strain shouldn’t mean that it is the only Kratom you buy.
When you are ready to buy Kratom, it is best to get a small variety of strains. Why? When it comes to dosage, you can build up a tolerance to one strain which will cause you to need more and more as time goes on. If you are happy with where you are as far as quantity is concerned, then you need to switch up your strains in order to avoid that tolerance build-up that could be harder on you, not to mention your wallet. It’s recommended that you switch your your strains throughout the week for good measure. But how many strains is enough for variety? It’s best to have roughly three to four different strains in your collection in order to give you a nice selection to rotate.
